Irvine Tack And Western Wear

The best customer service! I recently purchased a new rope saddle from Irvine’s that didn’t fit my horse… Scott exchanged the saddle for me, no questions asked. I ended up bringing my horse to Irvines where Scott helped me find a saddle that fit my horse perfectly. Can’t say enough great things about the quality of their saddles and their customer service! I will only shop at Irvines, they have everything you could possibly need!

This place has a bit of everything and you can spend a lot of time just browsing their selection of items. They have expanded a lot since they first opened and often have really good deals on items. It is worth the trip to their store for more than just your Western needs. I really liked their new t-shirts saying “I got lost at Irvine’s”.

The store has lots of great name brands, including the boots I purchased, lots of choices and their customer service was good when I made the purchase 39 days ago. Their client satisfaction service.....is not good!!!!! One of my boots has 2 separate threads coming apart. Not the stores fault, it happens. However they do sell this brand in their store. They tell you "its just the ends, burn them off". My response "If the ends are coming apart then common sense says it'll keep coming apart." I own numerous pairs of boots. Not 1 but 4 employees (2 may have been managers or owners) were all trying to convince, me all at once together, that the boots would be fine and telling me the boots will last 1 year. I understand warranty doesn't come from the store itself, it comes from the manufacture of my boots. (They told me this brand gives 1 year warranty). If you sell the product, as a client, all I ask is for help with warranty on my defected product which was purchased in your store. As a business owner and now past client, I walked away with my boots and not a satisfied client.
